Mirra Move is a digital relocation solution developed in close collaboration with Danish municipalities and built on their everyday practice. Citizens can easily report a move — within the country, into the country or abroad. Caseworkers get a light, intuitive system for handling and registering relocations.
It works as a case-bearing module where the entire relocation process — from report and validation through follow-up and journalising — is handled in one place.
It automates tasks, reduces manual handling and guides the caseworker through an intuitive, efficient flow. Built-in documentation and logging ensure full traceability and compliance with administrative law requirements.

Citizen self-service
A user-friendly self-service for reporting moves, entry and exit, name and address protection, residence certificates, address enquiries and more. It also supports collecting consent and running hearings in a case.
The citizen-facing self-service is broken into intuitive steps that adapt to the citizen's situation and criteria. It shows only relevant information and asks only for the documentation actually needed.
