One platform for every citizen-service task around passports, driving licences and ID cards — so your team can focus on what matters most: meeting the citizen.
ID orchestrates the many tasks of citizen service with precision and overview, freeing staff to give the best service while citizens get a smooth experience from start to finish.
All the benefits
Automated data handling
The citizen's details are registered and validated automatically, optimising workflows and reducing errors.
Intelligent navigation
The system guides staff through every step of case handling — from driving licence to passport — whatever their experience.
Flexibility in focus
The solution scales to your needs, whether a large municipal centre or a smaller location.
Up and running in 1–2 days
With just one to two days of training, caseworkers are quickly up to speed — even without prior passport or licence experience.
Updates itself
The software updates automatically without the need for IT support, so everyday operations run smoothly.
Support around the clock
24/7 support for daily questions, urgent issues and back-end monitoring, with remote access for immediate help.
Citizen self-service
Citizens get a digital reminder when a passport, licence or ID card is about to expire. Via the municipality's website they apply, reserve the fee and book a time, followed by an SMS reminder.
On arrival the citizen is registered automatically via FrontDesk or a similar appointment system. Where a selfie station is available, the photo taken in advance is attached to the application.
When documents arrive, citizen service scans them and the system sends the citizen an SMS. Municipalities with Mirra Collect let citizens pick up around the clock.
Case handling system
The system fetches the citizen's details as they check in and are called up. Data from the self-service portal flows straight in, so case handling can start at once.
Integration with the police gateway sends passport applications to the producer automatically, while driving licences and ID cards print directly. Applications are stored digitally — no manual filing.
One to two days of training gets caseworkers going, and software updates arrive automatically without IT support.
